Obtaining a login account

If you are an MSC who has not yet registered for an internal login account, please email the  This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it  to request one. 

Include in your email the username and password you wish to use in order to access the internal section of the site. 

Please note that usernames and passwords are case sensitive so please take this into account when including capital letters.



New Passwords

In an emergency you can re-set your password by clicking the "Lost Password" link at the botton of the left hand menu bar. You will need to enter the email address you used to originally set up your account.  The system will automatically generate a random password which will allow you to access your account.

If you wish to change this automatically generated password to your own personal password, please email the This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it   with the following:

  • your name
  • the email address you used to set up your account
  • your username
  • the new password you want to use

The webmaster will update your details as soon as possible and notify you by email once the changes have taken effect.
